As many as four civilians were reported as killed, and others injured, due to air and artillery strikes in Beit Sawa, according to local media. Sources blamed both the Syrian regime and Russia for the raids.

The raids struck a residential area, and killed as many as three children.

The Syrian Civil Defence reported “three martyrs, including one child, as a result of aerial bombardments, artillery and cluster rockets on residential neighbourhoods in the town of Beat Sawa and Masraba in eastern Al Ghouta.”

The only other details given by local media are that members of the Civil Defence were at the scene digging victims from the rubble.

The raids struck a residential vicinity however there were no reports of material damage.

The deaths and wounded occurred “as a result of the shelling of more than 25 rocket launchers and eight artillery shells on residential areas in the area between Masara and Duma in Al Ghouta”.

A family of five was killed and an unspecified number of others were wounded, in an airstrike which hit the residential neighbourhood of Mesraba. Sources blamed both Russian warplanes and Syrian regime helicopters.

@aboarab28176261 reported “The martyrdom of the whole family and the injury of several civilians, including women and children, by the bombing of nine air raids and 10 explosive barrels on the residential areas in the town before midnight.”

The family name was reported as “Hurqa”. Some other named were published however these do not seem to be related to the Hurqa family.

As many as 15 civilians were killed and others were wounded in air and artillery strikes on Douma, according to local media. Sources blamed both the Syrian regime helicopters and Russian warplanes for the strikes.

As well as the seven named victims below, the Violations Documentation Centre listed four unidentified adult males.

It must however be noted that one of the victims named was listed as a non-civilian. VDC are however the only source to make this claim.

Four of the victims were members of the Syrian Civil Defence.

The area targeted was mostly residential.

A source reported that “more than 40 air raids and intensive artillery shelling, the rescue teams worked on the urgent response to recover the martyrs and evacuate the injured to medical centres.”

Mohamad Al Shaar, who named the civilians, reported that Ibrahim Far’oun (Al Harb), aged 18, was Al Mujahed (fighter). This suggests he may have been a combatant.

Between 25 and 30 raids struck the vicinity, including explosive barrels by the regime, according to media.

There were several injuries, some of them serious.
