War Information Division said that an aircraft launched from Misurata struck the Milad Al Shamam family home.

Sky News Arabia wrote: “Libyan National Army: Dead and wounded civilians in aerial bombardment of militias targeting a house in the area of Qasr Bin Ghashir south of Tripoli.” Libyan News App published a carbon copy of the report.

Between one and 12 civilians were allegedly killed by indiscriminate shelling on Al-Swani.

Tripoli Now reported: “Indiscriminate shelling of innocent people and their homes in Al-Swani axis, which led to the death of two families. Another family was injured and 12 civilians were killed so far.”

Libya Alahrar TV said one civilian was killed in Al-Swani due to shelling by Haftar (LNA) forces. In a video piece it showed the impact of the shelling.

Sputnik News blamed the GNA on the other hand: “Indiscriminate shells targeted civilian homes in the area of ​​Al-Swani southwest of Tripoli by armed forces of the Government of National Accord. The witnesses said that ‘the shells fired indiscriminately on civilian houses in Al-Swani areas in the vicinity resulted in the injury of many civilians.'”

At least one belligerent was killed and between six and 17 were injured in alleged Israeli strikes on the town of Massyaf in the Hama Countryside between April 12th and April 13th, 2019.

Arab News quoted Syrian Arab News Agency as stating “an Israeli airstrike on a military position in central Syria early Saturday wounded six soldiers and destroyed several buildings” and quoted Syrian Observatory for Human Rights as stating “the airstrikes hit three targets, wounding 17 Syrian soldiers. It said there were also deaths, but it was not immediately clear how many were killed and whether they were Iranians or Iran-sponsored fighters.”

Step News included details “URGENT Initial reports speak of one dead and six wounded from the army of the regime as a result of Israeli raids on the area of Musayaf west of Hama,.”

In addition, “around 2:30 a.m. … the Israeli air force carried out a strike targeting one of our military positions in the town of Misyaf,” in Hama province north of Damascus, SANA quoted a military source as saying.

Euphrates Post reported “Israeli air strikes on the College of Accounting and Administration in the city of Misyaf in the western countryside of Hama, killing and wounding a number of elements inside the camp.” A post from Free deir ezzor radio identified the camps as “where the Iranian militias are holding training courses for its elements.”

Tweets from @ImageSatIntl showed “#Before,12 April, & #After ,13 April, few hours after the #strike in #Masyaf, #Syria. Completely destroyed structures which were (according to #OSINT) #missiles  manufacturing hangars, related to #Iran. See here the #before and #after.”

Alleged Russian airstrikes struck the town of Urma Al Jouz, in the western countryside of Idlib, around midnight between April 13th and 14th, wounding a family of five, according to local media.

Over a dozen missile strikes were reportedly fired from three Russian planes. The strikes were described as rocket attacks, or more specifically as an attack with “high-impact concussion rockets”.

According to Sputnik, sites and warehouses for ammunition were struck that belonged to the militants of the Liberation of the Sham (Jabhet Al Nusra).

In addition, a food depot was reported struck which resulted in a fire.

Orient News said that two civilians were wounded, though multiple other sources reported that a family of five (a father, a mother, and their three children) was injured.

The Syrian Civil Defense teams were involved in rescuing the family and fighting the fire.

The incident occured around midnight.
