One civilian was reported killed and “several injured” in airstrikes on Ma’aret Harma, Idlib, on August 12th.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented “the death of a citizen and the injury of several others in bombing by regime’s warplanes on Ma’aret Hurmah town in the southern countryside of Idlib.”

Syrian Network for Human Rights named the civilian killed as Ahmad Deebo al Rayya.

Three sources attributed the attack to the Syrian regime, whereas one source named Russia as the belligerent responsible for the attack. Meanwhile, two other sources did not positively attribute blame.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
