Two civilians were alleged killed and others injured by Syrian or Russian airstrikes or artillery on Jbala village in Idlib.

The two victims were identified as Ismail Ahmed Qteish from the village of Maarzita, and Mahdi Salah Al-Naddaf from Jabala.

According to Macro Media Center and the Syrian Network for Human Rights, Syrian regime forces shelled Jbala using heavy artillery. Shaam News attributed blame to the Russian forces as well.

No other details are known at this time.
