One civilian died and two others were wounded in an alleged regime or Russia bombing of Mhambel, according to sources on the ground.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights “documented the death of a citizen and the injury of two others including a child as a result of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters”.
According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, “Syrian regime forces helicopters dropped barrel bombs near Ali Bin Abi Taleb Mosque in Mhambel village in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate, killing Mohammad al Yahya in partially damaging the mosque’s building and furniture, on December 3.”
While most sources blamed regime barrel bombing there were also reporting of Russian warplanes being active over the area.
Artillery strikes were also reported.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
