Three civilians were killed and two or three others injured by alleged Russian airstrikes on the village of Kafrsijna, Idlib governorate, on December 4th, 2019, according to several local sources.
A Syrian Civil Defence (SCD) volunteer told Smart News that “Russian warplanes targeted a group of workers who were working in the olive harvest in the village of Kafrsijna south of Idlib city, killing three of them and wounding three others”. The source added that the wounded were taken to a nearby hospital and that SCD volunteers were still searching the site of the bombing for victims underneath the rubble. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, there was a child among the killed victims.
Idlib Plus reported three killed and three wounded men. The Step News Agency correspondent reported the same number of killed civilians, but only two injured civilians.
