Up to three civilians died and as many as seven more were wounded in an alleged Russian or regime airstrike on Talmans village, local media siad.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, “a woman was killed due to the dropping of barrel bombs by the regime’s helicopters on Tell Mannas town in the southern countryside of Idlib.  A man was also killed and four others wounded in the the  same bombardment.”

The Shaam News Network reported the death of a child, while other sources said that seven more civilians were wounded including three women and a child.
