Between four and nine civilians died and an unspecified number more were wounded in  alleged Russian or regime airstrikes on Ma’ar Dibsa, according to local media. There were also reports that between five and nine combatants died.

Live ua reported: “Four civilians were killed and others wounded as a result of air strikes on the town of Ma`rdbsa in the southeast Idlib countryside”.

Smart noted the death of “six people” and blamed Russian vacuum missiles.

However, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that “five HTS fighters” were killed, while the Shaam News Network reported the death of “nine revolutionaries”.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights named an adult male, Sattouf Ali al Hashoum, as killed in a regime strike; it didn’t identify his combat status.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
