One named child was reported killed in Binnish, Idlib following suspected airstikes. “Several” civilians were reported injured. Most sources blamed the Syrian Regime for the incident, only one directly linked the Russia to the event.

According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, the child killed was displaced from Mardikh village in the eastern suburbs of Idlib, the source went to to say he was killed by strikes from “fixed -wing warplanes”.

The Edlib Media Center cited “heavy machine guns” used in the offensive however it was unclear if this was for the same incident in which the child was killed. There is no additional information at this time.
