Shaam reported that “Russian and Assad’s air forces launched airstrikes targeting the outskirts of Idlib, Sarmin, the villages of Maarat Al Na’san, Marj Al Zuhur, and Ram Hamdan, and the city of Jisr Al Shughour and the towns of Badama and al-Hanboushieh were subjected to fierce artillery shelling, which resulted in martyrs and wounded civilians.”
