At least one civilian was reported injured in alleged Russian forces airstrikes on residential areas in Al Sahhara in Idlib, Syria on February 17th, 2020, according to local sources.

The Syrian Civil Defence reported that “A person was injured as a preliminary result, as a result of Russian airstrikes that targeted residential neighborhoods in the town of Al Sahara in the western countryside of Aleppo, today, Monday, February 17th, 2020.”

Multiple local sources including Zaitun Agency referenced “civilians” but did not specify how many civilians were injured.

Baladi News reported that the airstrikes caused “material damage to public and private properties”.

ShahbaPress, Syrian Civil Defence and SMART Agency blamed Russia. A tweet from @jisrtv identified vacuum missiles as being used in the attack.

The incident occured at 18:30:00 local time.
