The Syrian Network for Human Rights reported that “Syrian- Russian alliance killed a pharmacist in Ma’aret al Na’san village in Idlib, on Feb 18th, 2020. The pharmacist Ibrahim al Saedou was killed as Syrian- Russian alliance forces fired missiles on Ma’aret al Na’san village, on February 18, 2020.”

Step Agency said that Russian airstrikes targeted with several missiles areas in southern Idlib including Ma’aret Al Na’asan on February 18th, 2020, which led to the death of one civilian.
