Two media activists were reported lightly injured in alleged Russian airstrikes on Qaminas in Idlib, Syria on February 20th, 2020 according to local sources.
Shaam Network reported that” while Ibrahim Darwish and Ahmed Rahhal were in a location near the areas of the Turkish forces stationing in the village of Qaminas, they were wounded by Russian airstrikes that targeted the area, and their wounds were moderate.”
The Syrian Network for Human Rights also said that “the media activists Ahmad Rahhal and Ibrahim Darwish, who work for media outlets, were injured as fixed- wing warplanes we believe were Russian fired a missile on the outskirts of Qmainas village in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate, on February 20th.”
