Four civilians were reportedly killed in alleged Russian or Syrian regime airstrikes on the town of Kansafra, Idlib governorate, on February 25th, 2020, according to local sources.

@ShabhaPress tweeted that “four civilians were killed and another was wounded due to two airstrikes by Al Assad warplanes in the town of Kansafra in the southern countryside of Idlib today, Tuesday afternoon [February 25th, 2020].”

Shaam News also reported four killed civilians but blamed both the Syrian regime and Russia.

The incident occured in the afternoon.
