Three or four civilians, including women and children, were reported killed in alleged Russian airstrikes on a vehicle carrying displaced civilians near the village of Arinba on February 26th, 2020, according to local sources. Others were reportedly wounded.
Shaam News Network reported that Russian airstrikes targeted the vehicle, “leaving four civilians, including women and children, dead and others injured”. Shaam added that Civil Defence teams were able to reach the victims despite difficulty due to road monitoring and continuous targeting.
Shabha Press reported that “three civilians, including a woman, were killed and others wounded as a result of raids by Russian occupation planes on the village of Arinba in the southern Idlib countryside”.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
