A civilian was reported killed and another injured as a result of Russian forces or Syrian regime artillery strikes on Tal Waset in Hama on July 19th, 2020, according to local sources.
@alshmali_alhr0 tweeted that “One person was killed and a woman was injured due to artillery shelling by Russian occupation militia, which targeted the village of Tal Waset in Sahel Al-Ghab west of Hama.”
The Syrian Network for Human Rights said that “a displaced civilian from the eastern suburbs of Hama governorate was killed when Syrian regime forces used a missile launcher to shell Tal Waset village in Sahl al Ghab in the western suburbs of Hama governorate on July 19th.”
Macro Media Center shared a video showing Civil Defence volunteers rescue an injured woman and pull out the body of a man who got killed in the shelling.
While most sources blamed the Syrian regime for this incident, @alshmali_alhr0 said that ‘Russian occupation militias’ were responsible.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
