According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, “Muhammad Eidou Shartah was killed while other civilians were injured when Syrian regime artillery forces fired shells at houses in al Bara village in Jabal al Zaweya area in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate on November 23rd.”

The Network also added that this attack is considered a violation to the ceasefire agreement reached following consultations between the Turkish and Russian presidents, which came into effect on March 6th, 2020.
