According to @SyriaCivilDefe, a child was injured by a thermal missile launched by the Syrian regime and Russian forces at the car he was traveling in with his grandfather and grandmother. Their vehicle was traveling in Deir Sinbol village.
The majority of sources reported that the missile that injured the child was launched by Syrian regime forces while the Civil Defense mentioned both the regime and Russia as responsible.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
