Local sources reported that Osama Hafez Al Rajo died on the morning of February 10th from wounds sustained  by artillery shelling on Kafr Zeta in Hama on February 1st. There are varying reports on the culprit; some sources claimed it was Russian forces while other sources claimed it was Syrian regime forces.
