On Sept. 3, Coalition military forces conducted 31 strikes consisting of 35 engagements against ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq.
In Syria, Coalition military forces conducted 25 strikes consisting of 27 engagements against ISIS targets.
•Near Abu Kamal, one strike destroyed 10 ISIS oil stills.
•Near Dayr Az Zawr, three strikes destroyed 30 ISIS oil barrels, three oil stills, a well-head and a VBIED.
•Near Raqqah, 21 strikes engaged nine ISIS tactical units and destroyed 13 fighting positions, two pieces of ISIS communications infrastructure, two vehicles, a VBIED, a command and control node, and a logistics node.
In Iraq, Coalition military forces conducted six strikes consisting of eight engagement against ISIS targets.
•Near Al Huwayjah, three strikes engaged an ISIS tactical unit and a destroyed a command and control node, an ISIS UAS site, an ammunition cache, a VBIED facility and an ISIS-held building.
•Near Baghdad, one strike engaged an ISIS tactical unit.
•Near Al Qaim, two strikes destroyed an ISIS headquarters, a crane, and a front-end loader.
Additionally, 10 strikes consisting of 10 engagements were conducted in Syria on Sept. 1-2 that closed within the last 24 hours.
•On Sept. 1, near Raqqah, five strikes engaged five ISIS tactical units.
•On Sept. 2, near Raqqah, five strikes engaged three ISIS tactical units and suppressed two fighting positions.
