Al Madhoun, a Palestinian journalist and deputy director of the Hamas government-owned local newspaper and news agency Al-Rai and director of visual content at the agency, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on northern Gaza, according to the Hamas-affiliated Quds News Network, the Qatar-funded London-based pan Arab newspaper Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, and Turkey’s Anadolu Agency.
