به گزارش شفقنا، علی شمخانی در یک برنامه تلویزیونی اظهار داشت: در حملۀ صهیونیست‌ها بیشتر آسیب داخلی دیدم. قفسۀ سینه‌ام شکسته است. نماز صبحم را زیر آوار خواندم. من اول فکرکردم زلزله آمده. وقتی صدای ماشین شنیدم گفتم پس زلزله نیست.

آقای شمخانی اظهار کرد: من یک لحظه هم از حملۀ صهیونیست‌ها نترسیدم. به دروغ گفتند پاهایم قطع شده. اصلا قطع شده باشد، پا را می‌خواهم چه کار. صهیونیست‌ها می‌دانند چرا من را زدند و من هم می‌دانم. دلیلش را نمی‌توانم بگویم ولی پدرشان را درآورده‌ام.
وی افزود: همدلی عجیبی دیدیم همدلی ناشی از شناخت اهمیت ایران و شناخت میزان خواص امریکا و اسرائیل. من از شدت خشم رسانه های بیگانه می‌فهمیدم که خوب داریم میزنیم.
دریابان شمخانی افزود: ایرانیان باز هم ثابت کردند وطن دوست هستند.
