One person was killed and three others sustained varying injuries when a Turkish drone targeted civilians working at the Tishrin Dam in the Manbij countryside, east of Aleppo. The wounded were transferred to a hospital for treatment, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Earlier, the Kurdish Hawar News Agency reported that the area surrounding the Tishrin Dam was subjected to heavy shelling by the Turkish army and its allied Syrian National Army factions using heavy artillery. The agency also reported that a suicide drone exploded at the dam.

استشهد شخص وأصيب 3 آخرون بجراح متفاوتة، جراء استهداف مسيرة تركية للمدنيين المناوبين على سد تشرين في ريف منبج شرقي حلب، وتم نقل المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج، وفق ما أفاد المرصد السوري.
وفي وقت سابق أفادت وكالة هاوار الكردية بتعرض محيط سد تشرين لقصف عنيف يشنه الجيش التركي وفصائل الجيش الوطني السوري الموالي له بالمدفعية الثقيلة، كما انفجرت مسيّرة انتحارية على السد، وفق الوكالة.
