The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) media center stated that "Turkish occupation drones bombed a civilian convoy from northeastern Syria heading to the Tishrin Dam to demand an end to Turkish attacks on the dam, the primary source of water and electricity for the region's residents. A number of martyrs and wounded were killed and wounded as a result of the Turkish attack."

Earlier, the center said, "Turkish warplanes bombed Tishrin Dam and its surroundings with a number of raids, coinciding with attacks carried out by Turkish-backed mercenary factions on villages north of Tishrin Dam and southeast of Manbij, where violent clashes are taking place between the forces of the Council of Manbij Military District and Mercenaries.
The center indicated that "the mercenary attacks are supported by aerial bombardment from Turkish warplanes and drones, in addition to intense artillery shelling, as clashes are still ongoing on more than one front."
The center added, "In Kobani, Turkish drones bombed a civilian car in the village of "Kirk-Girik," in addition to artillery shelling on the village of "Aslanki" south of Kobani city."
The SDF media center noted that "the danger of the Tishrin Dam collapsing is increasing, as the occupying Turkish state bears responsibility for any disaster that may befall the dam and other Syrian areas as a result of the Turkish air and artillery attacks, which reached their peak during the morning hours this morning and continue to this day."

وفي وقت سابق قال المركز إن “الطائرات الحربية التركية قصفت سد تشرين ومحيطه بعدد من الغارات بالتزامن مع هجمات تنفذها الفصائل المرتزقة التابعة لتركيا على قرى شمال سد تشرين وجنوب شرق منبج، حيث تجري اشتباكات عنيفة بين قوات مجلس منبج العسكري والمرتزقة”.
وأشار المركز إلى أن “هجمات المرتزقة مدعومة بقصف جوي من الطيران الحربي والمسير التركي، إضافة إلى القصف المدفعي المكثف، حيث لا تزال الاشتباكات مستمرة في أكثر من محور”.
وأضاف المركز “في كوباني، قصف الطيران المسير التركي سيارة مدنية في قرية “كرك -Girik” إضافة إلى قصف مدفعي على قرية “أصلانكي” جنوبي مدينة كوباني”.
ولفت المركز الإعلامي لقسد إلى أنه “تتزايد الخطورة على سد تشرين من الانهيار، حيث تتحمل الدولة التركية المحتلة أي كارثة قد تلحق بالسد ومناطق سورية أخرى نتيجة الهجمات الجوية والمدفعية التركية التي بلغت أشدها خلال ساعات صباح اليوم وتتواصل لحد الآن”.
