In an interview with the reporter of the social group of the "Mersad" information network, Milad Moradpour spoke about his 19 years of service in the Kermanshah Red Crescent Society and stated: "Rescue is not just a job, but a deep commitment to humanity and the homeland." This rescuer and veteran of the 12-day war in Qasr-e-Shirin, stating that he was born in 1992 and is a student of physical education, stated: "In the middle of my adolescence and youth, I decided to choose a different path. I knew that this path would not be fun and enjoyable; instead, I would have to bear the burden of people's sorrow and pain." Referring to the beginning of his relief work, Moradpour said: "In 2006, during my high school years, I was introduced to the Red Crescent by one of my friends and entered this path with a special motivation. I completed general and specialized courses and now I am a rescuer." Referring to his participation in many relief operations, he added: “The Zionist regime’s attack was a different and more terrifying experience than any other operation. I have gained a lot of experience in Qasr-e-Shirin, a border city that is always involved in accidents.”
The aid worker continued: “The 2018 earthquake in Qasr-e-Shirin and Sar-e-Pul-Zahab, floods, fires, storms, and road accidents were part of our relief activities. I have even seen explosions across the border, but this attack was something else.”
He said: “That night, I had just returned from the operation and had been resting for less than two hours. My eyes had not yet warmed up when I heard a terrible sound; an explosion that not only rang in my ears but also in my whole soul and woke me up.”
Moradpour admitted: “I quickly reached my mother’s room. She was very distraught. My two brothers, who have mental disabilities, were in a state of extreme anxiety due to fear. I tried to calm them down and then I made it to the office.
He said: The branch manager and my colleague were also present in the office; we soon went to the area to assess the situation, we were only a few meters away from the office when the news came that the welfare building had been targeted.
Moradpour added: We quickly reached the site, where we encountered a heartbreaking scene, innocent children who were sleeping were disturbed by the explosion; the volume of smoke and destruction was so great that it was difficult to breathe even for a few seconds.
He continued: I took the masks I had in the car with me and entered the building with the branch manager and my colleague, but we were still at the entrance when the second explosion occurred and we were thrown back at the same time.
This veteran aid worker stated: At that moment, I felt a severe burning sensation in my side. When I lifted my clothes, I saw that I was bleeding heavily from my left side, but there was no time to sit and watch, so I entered the building in the same state.
Muradpour said: I called the head of the branch and at the same time I was in touch with my colleague on the upper floor, I learned about the situation there, he just said: There are many injured, come quickly; I pulled myself up with all my strength.
He added: At the same time as the other rescue forces arrived, the rescue operation began; despite the heavy bleeding, I could not remain indifferent, I pulled a wounded young man out of the rubble. When I wanted to go back inside, the head of the branch prevented me.
Muradpour continued: At the insistence of my colleagues, they took me to the hospital, the doctor immediately said that a CT scan should be done because there was a possibility of internal injuries, but Qasr-e-Shirin Hospital does not have an active CT scan department and I had to go to another city.
He added: In that critical situation, I did not want to use an ambulance, I told my friends that the ambulance should go to help others right now, I went to the neighboring city with the agency and there it was determined that the shrapnel had hit my side.
Moradpour said: The doctor said I should go to the provincial capital for further treatment; I was transferred to Taleghani Hospital in Kermanshah and was hospitalized for a few days. During this time, the CEO and deputies of the Red Crescent Society followed up on my treatment.
He added: After my discharge, the doctors said we should wait until the right conditions were available for surgery. After the necessary time, the shrapnel was to be removed from my body through surgery. I am currently recovering, but my heart is still in welfare.
This veteran aid worker stated: This incident was not just an explosion, I left a piece of my soul in that building; I still remember the screams of children and scenes of helplessness, and this scar will remain in my heart forever.

میلاد مرادپور در گفتگو با خبرنگار گروه اجتماعی شبکه اطلاع‌رسانی «مرصاد»؛ از ۱۹ سال خدمت خود در جمعیت هلال‌احمر کرمانشاه سخن گفت و اظهار داشت: امدادگری نه فقط یک شغل، بلکه تعهدی عمیق در قبال انسانیت و وطن است.
این امدادگر و جانباز جنگ ۱۲ روزه در قصرشیرین، با بیان اینکه متولد سال ۱۳۷۱ و دانشجوی رشته تربیت‌بدنی است، اظهار داشت: در میانه نوجوانی و جوانی تصمیم گرفتم مسیر متفاوتی را انتخاب کنم، می‌دانستم این راه تفریح و خوش‌گذرانی ندارد؛ در عوض باید بار غم و درد مردم را بر دوش بکشم.
مرادپور با اشاره به آغاز فعالیت امدادی خود گفت: در سال ۱۳۸۵ و دوران دبیرستان، توسط یکی از دوستانم با هلال‌احمر آشنا شدم و با انگیزه‌ای خاص وارد این مسیر شدم، دوره‌های عمومی و تخصصی را طی کردم و اکنون نجاتگر هستم.
وی با اشاره به حضورش در بسیاری از عملیات‌های امدادی افزود: حادثه حمله رژیم صهیونیستی تجربه‌ای متفاوت و بسیار هولناک‌تر از هر عملیات دیگری بود، من در قصرشیرین، شهری مرزی که همواره درگیر حوادث است، تجارب زیادی کسب کرده‌ام.
این امدادگر ادامه داد: زلزله سال ۱۳۹۶ در قصر شیرین و سرپل‌ذهاب، سیلاب‌ها، آتش‌سوزی‌ها، طوفان‌ها و تصادفات جاده‌ای، بخشی از فعالیت‌های امدادی ما بود، حتی انفجارهای آن سوی مرز را دیده‌ام اما این حمله، چیز دیگری بود.
وی گفت: در آن شب، تازه از عملیات برگشته بودم و کمتر از دو ساعت بود که استراحت می‌کردم، هنوز چشمم گرم نشده بود که صدای مهیبی شنیدم؛ انفجاری که نه فقط در گوش، بلکه در تمام جانم پیچید و بیدارم کرد.
مرادپور اذعان داشت: سریع خود را به اتاق مادرم رساندم، او بسیار پریشان بود، دو برادرم که دارای معلولیت ذهنی هستند، از شدت ترس دچار حالت شدید اضطراب شده بودند؛ تلاش کردم آن‌ها را آرام کنم و بعد خودم را به اداره رساندم.
وی گفت: در اداره، رئیس شعبه و همکارم، نیز حضور داشتند؛ خیلی زود برای ارزیابی اوضاع به منطقه رفتیم، تنها چند متر از اداره دور نشده بودیم که خبر رسید ساختمان بهزیستی مورد هدف قرار گرفته است.
مرادپور افزود: با سرعت خود را به محل رساندیم، در آنجا با صحنه‌ای دلخراش مواجه شدیم، کودکانی بی‌گناه که در خواب بودند، با انفجار پریشان شده بودند؛ حجم دود و خرابی بسیار زیاد بود و نفس کشیدن حتی برای چند ثانیه دشوار شده بود.
وی ادامه داد: ماسک‌هایی که در ماشین داشتم با خود برداشتم و به همراه رئیس شعبه و همکارم وارد ساختمان شدیم اما هنوز در ورودی بودیم که انفجار دوم رخ داد و ما همزمان به عقب پرتاب شدیم.
این امدادگر جانباز اظهار داشت: در همان لحظه سوزش شدیدی در پهلویم حس کردم، وقتی لباسم را بالا زدم، دیدم از ناحیه پهلوی چپ به شدت خون‌ریزی دارم اما وقت نشستن و تماشا کردن نبود، با همان وضعیت وارد ساختمان شدم.
مرادپور گفت: با رئیس شعبه تماس گرفتم و همزمان با همکارم در طبقه بالا در تماس بودم، از اوضاع آن‌جا خبر گرفتم، فقط گفت: زخمی زیاد است، سریع‌تر بیایید؛ با تمام توان خودم را بالا رساندم.
وی افزود: همزمان با رسیدن سایر نیروهای امدادی، عملیات امدادرسانی آغاز شد؛ با وجود خون‌ریزی شدید، نمی‌توانستم بی‌تفاوت باشم، جوانی زخمی را از زیر آوار بیرون آوردم وقتی خواستم دوباره به داخل برگردم، رئیس شعبه مانع شد.
مرادپور در ادامه گفت: به اصرار همکاران، مرا به بیمارستان رساندند، پزشک بلافاصله گفت باید سی‌تی‌اسکن انجام شود چون احتمال صدمه داخلی وجود داشت اما بیمارستان قصرشیرین بخش سی‌تی‌اسکن فعال ندارد و باید به شهرستانی دیگر می‌رفتم.
وی افزود: در آن شرایط بحرانی، نمی‌خواستم از آمبولانس استفاده کنم، به دوستانم گفتم که همین حالا آمبولانس باید به کمک دیگران برسد، خودم با آژانس به شهر همجوار رفتم و آنجا مشخص شد که ترکش به پهلویم اصابت کرده است.
مرادپور گفت: پزشک گفت باید برای ادامه درمان به مرکز استان مراجعه کنم؛ به بیمارستان طالقانی کرمانشاه منتقل شدم و چند روزی بستری بودم، در این مدت مدیرعامل و معاونان جمعیت هلال‌احمر، پیگیر روند درمان من بودند.
وی افزود: بعد از مرخصی، پزشکان گفتند باید صبر کنیم تا شرایط مناسب جراحی مهیا شود، قرار است پس از طی زمان لازم، ترکش را با عمل جراحی از بدنم خارج کنند، در حال حاضر در دوران نقاهت هستم اما دلم هنوز در بهزیستی است.
این امدادگر جانباز اظهار داشت: این حادثه فقط یک انفجار نبود، یک تکه از روحم را در آن ساختمان جا گذاشتم؛ هنوز صدای فریاد کودکان و صحنه‌های بی‌پناهی در ذهنم مرور می‌شود و این داغ تا همیشه در وجودم باقی می‌ماند.
مرادپور در پایان سخنان خود گفت: امدادگران هلال‌احمر مثل فرشتگان بی‌صدا هستند، وقتی حادثه‌ای رخ می‌دهد، این نیروها همچون امدادهای غیبی ظاهر می‌شوند، افتخار می‌کنم که عضوی از این خانواده‌ام، حتی اگر هزینه‌اش جان و آرامشم باشد.
