According to IRNA, Dr. Bijan Ranjbar was elected and introduced as the head of the Azad University following the martyrdom of Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, a nuclear scientist and president of Islamic Azad University in this morning's attack by the Zionist regime on parts of Tehran, by the decision of the board of trustees of this university.
