The governorate also confirmed the deaths of four other people as a result of a bombing carried out by a drone, likely Israeli, after they attempted to fire at it with a medium machine gun. The raid took place on a farm belonging to citizen Issam Azzam, west of the city of Sweida. The explosion was heard throughout the city, according to what was reported by the Suwayda 24 network. The network added that eyewitnesses confirmed that a drone was hovering at the moment of the bombing, coinciding with gunfire towards it. The drone then responded immediately by bombing the farm, according to Suwayda 24. A medical source told Suwayda 24 that the bodies that arrived at the Sweida National Hospital belong to: Issam Azzam, Laith Bahsas, Hamza Kahoul, and Fadi Abu Turabi. According to the network, the extent of the damage at the site of the raid and the deep crater left by the bombing indicate the use of advanced munitions that are not believed to have been fired by a locally manufactured drone.

كما أكدت المحافظة مقتل أربعة أشخاص آخرين نتيجة قصف نفذته طائرة مسيّرة يُرجّح أنها إسرائيلية، عقب محاولتهم إطلاق النار عليها من رشاش متوسط. ووقعت الغارة في مزرعة تعود للمواطن عصام عزام إلى الغرب من مدينة السويداء، وقد سُمع دوي الانفجار في أرجاء المدينة، وفق ما نقلته شبكة "السويداء 24". وأضافت الشبكة أن شهود عيان أكدوا تحليق طائرة مسيّرة لحظة وقوع القصف، تزامناً مع إطلاق نار باتجاهها، لترد الطائرة بعدها مباشرة بقصف المزرعة، وفق "السويداء 24" وأفاد مصدر طبي لـ"السويداء 24" أن الجثامين التي وصلت إلى مشفى السويداء الوطني تعود لكل من: عصام عزام، ليث بحصاص، حمزة كحول، وفادي أبو ترابي. ووفقاً للشبكة بأن حجم الأضرار في موقع الغارة، والحفرة العميقة التي خلّفها القصف، يشير إلى استخدام ذخائر متطورة لا يُعتقد أنها صادرة عن طائرة محلية الصنع.
