Hawar News Agency correspondent Jihan Bilkin and journalist Nazim Dashtan were killed in a Turkish drone strike south of Kobani.
Turkish attacks on journalists continue, as they were targeted while performing their professional duties. The attack occurred at 3:20 PM when a drone struck the vehicle they were traveling in on the road between the Tishrin Dam and the town of Sarrin, near Kobani. استشهدت الصحفية جيهان بلكين، مراسلة وكالة هاوار، والصحفي ناظم داشتان، في هجوم نفذته طائرة مسيّرة تركية جنوب كوباني.
الهجمات التركية على الصحفيين مستمرة، حيث استُهدفا أثناء تأديتهما لواجبهما المهني. وقع الهجوم في الساعة 15:20 عصرًا، عندما أصابت الطائرة المسيّرة مركبة كانت تقلهما على الطريق الرابط بين سد تشرين وبلدة صرين، قرب مدينة كوباني ما أسفر عن مقتلهما وإصابة السائق، عزيز حج بوظان، بجروح.
