Ali Shamkhani, advisor to the Supreme Leader, stated in a special program on the program Without Compliments, in the narration of the moment of the Israeli attack on his residential apartment: I suffered mostly internal injuries in the Zionist attack. My chest was broken and my lungs were damaged. After the Zionist attack, I was under the rubble for 3 hours.

He continued: At that moment, I was on the bed and my mobile phone was on the floor. My family was sleeping in the room next to mine. I was asleep and, because it was time for morning prayers, I was waking up. My entire room collapsed and a lot of rubble also fell on me and I was under the rubble for 3 hours and there the events happened to me. I also prayed morning prayers right there and under the rubble.

He added: At first, I thought there was an earthquake and my feet started to dig the ground in front of me, of course, as much as I could move.
Shamkhani said: When I prayed the morning prayer, I heard the sound of a car and I said to myself, so it is not an earthquake, because during an earthquake in Tehran, cars do not come on the street, and that is when I said to myself, the Israelis hit me.
He stated: There was little oxygen, I did not have the strength to breathe deeply and I was taking short breaths.
Stating that during those 3 hours, things happened that I will tell about at another time, the advisor to the Supreme Leader said: After a while, I could hear the sound of people's voices, which were very far from me and very faint, while my hearing was also damaged in this accident. I found some hope and started shouting. My son Hassan was on the upper floor, his room was leveled, but he himself had gone out 10 minutes before the accident. I called my son Hassan and my wife Azar's name. I called them several times.
He continued: People were walking on the edges of the pillars because the middle of the house had collapsed. A servant of God stood at my feet and said, "Here he is." He was alone, because no one thought I would be here, because my house had collapsed. The first thing he did was to remove the rubble from my feet.
Although I was alert at the first moment and was thinking and planning with myself and was not afraid for a moment, the advisor to the Supreme Leader said, "I said to myself, 'This is the end of me, I was going to die. I was supposed to die three times; once before the revolution, once during the war, and once now. I have lived my life, but how long do I want to live?'"
They lied that my legs were amputated.
Stating that they were lying that my legs were amputated, what would I do with my legs if they were amputated at all, he said, "They know why they hit me, and I know too, but I can't say, but I took out their father."
Shamkhani said, "I knew that one day they would target me." We had regular meetings with these brothers who were martyred. We would set up strategies together and hold meetings and anticipate that we would be attacked, so what happened later was the result of decisions made based on the Supreme Leader’s measures in these meetings. We knew what we should do if this happened.
Negotiations were not for agreement
The advisor to the Supreme Leader continued: We knew what our capabilities were and how we should quickly change our capabilities. We knew that this plan was a plan of deception and negotiations were not for agreement. Negotiations are for them to be able to prepare the internal conditions of the country to provoke protests that the Iranian nation is a nation of vigilance.
Emphasizing that the Iranian nation's sympathy was not emotional but stemmed from the recognition of Iran's importance and the extent of the evil of America and Israel, he stated: "I understood from the intensity of the anger of foreign media that we were doing well, and the idiotic analysts who were ignorant of the sovereignty and the people were saying things that made one understand how deeply and truly hurt they were by the martyrdom of the commanders they targeted. They destroyed the wisdom and authority of Iran, but within 12 hours they were all replaced and the operation began. The operation began based on pre-planned measures, which were achieved thanks to the grace and support of the Iranian people, the steadfastness of the armed forces, the wisdom of the Supreme Leader, and the help of God, who has been with the Iranian nation since before June 15, 1943, until today and the bright tomorrow that awaits." Shamkhani said: "Peace be upon the Iranian nation; they thought that with one action, the situation inside Iran would be ready for rebellion, but Iranians have once again proven to the whole world that they are patriots and accept the sovereignty."

علی شمخانی مشاور مقام معظم رهبری در ویژه برنامه بدون تعارف در روایت لحظه حمله اسرائیل به آپارتمان مسکونی‌اش اظهار داشت: در حمله صهیونیست‌ها بیشتر آسیب‌های داخلی دیدم. قفسه سینه‌ام شکسته و ریه‌ام آسیب دیده است. بعد از حمله صهیونیست‌ها ۳ ساعت زیر آوار بودم.

وی ادامه داد: در آن لحظه من روی تخت بودم و موبایلم با فاصله روی زمین بود. خانواده‌ام در اتاق کناری اتاق من خوابیده بودند. خواب بودم و، چون موقع نماز صبح بود داشتم از خواب بیدار می‌شدم. همه اتاقم فرو ریخت و آوار فراوانی هم روی من فرو ریخت و من ۳ ساعت زیر آوار بودم و در آن جا برای من ماجرا‌ها گذشت. من نماز صبح هم همان جا و زیر آوار خواندم.
وی افزود: در ابتدا فکر کردم که زلزله شده است و پاهایم شروع به کندن زمین جلوی پای خود کردم البته به اندازه‌ای که می‌توانستم تحرک داشته باشم. 
شمخانی گفت: نماز صبح را که خواندم صدای ماشین شنیدم و پیش خود گفتم پس زلزله نیست، چون در موقع زلزله در تهران در خیابان ماشین نمی‌آید و همان جا بود که با خودم گفتم اسرائیلی‌ها من را زدند.
وی اظهار داشت: اکسیژن کم بود، قدرت تنفس عمیق را نداشتم و نفس‌های نقطه‌ای می‌کشیدم.
مشاور مقام معظم رهبری با بیان اینکه در آن ۳ ساعت چیز‌هایی گذشت که در فرصتی دیگر آن‌ها را خواهم گفت بیان کرد: بعد از گذشت زمانی صدای همهمه افراد را می‌شنیدم که با من خیلی فاصله داشت و خیلی هم کم سو بود ضمن آنکه قوای شنوایی من هم در این سانحه آسیب دیده بود. کمی امید پیدا کردم و شروع به داد زدن کردم. حسن پسرم طبقه بالا بود که اتاقش با خاک یکسان شد ولی خودش ۱۰ دقیقه قبل از این حادثه بیرون رفته بود. پسرم حسن و نام همسر خود آذر را صدا می‌زدم. چند بار آن‌ها را صدا زدم.
وی ادامه داد: از آنجا که وسط خانه فرو ریخته بود افراد در لبه‌های ستون راه می‌رفتند. یک بنده خدایی پایین پای من ایستاد و گفت اینجاست. او تنها بود، چون هیچکس فکر نمی‌کرد من اینجا باشم، چون منزل من فروریخته بود. اولین کاری که کرد این بود که آوار را از روی پا‌های من برداشت.
مشاور مقام معظم رهبری با اینکه در لحظه اول هوشیار بودم و با خودم فکر و طراحی می‌کردم و یک لحظه نترسیدم گفت: با خود گفتم آخرش این است که می‌میرم، من سه بار است که قرار بود بمیرم؛ یکبار قبل از انقلاب، یک بار در جنگ و یک بار هم الان. من عمر خود را کرده‌ام مگر چقدر می‌خواهم عمر کنم.
به دروغ گفتند پاهایم قطع شده
وی با بیان اینکه دروغ می‌گفتند که پاهایم قطع شده، اصلاً قطع شده باشد پا را می‌خواهم چه کار گفت: آن‌ها می‌دانند که چرا من را زدند و من هم می‌دانم، اما نمی‌توانم بگویم ولی پدر صاحبشان را درآوردم.
شمخانی گفت: می‌دانستم که روزی من را هدف قرار می‌دهند. با همین برادرانی که شهید شدند جلسات ثابتی داشتیم. ما با هم راهبرد تنظیم می‌کردیم و جلسه می‌گذاشتیم و پیش بینی می‌کردیم که به ما حمله صورت می‌گیرد لذا آنچه را که بعداً رخ داد ناشی از تصمیم‌گیری‌هایی بود که بر اساس تدابیر مقام معظم رهبری در همین جلسات اتخاذ شده بود. ما می‌دانستیم که اگر این کار شد باید چه کار کنیم.
مذاکره برای توافق نبود
مشاور مقام معظم رهبری ادامه داد: می‌دانستیم چه توانمندی داریم و چگونه باید به سرعت توانمندی‌هایمان را تغییر دهیم. ما می‌دانستیم این طرح، طرح فریب است و مذاکره برای توافق نیست. مذاکره برای این است که بتوانند شرایط داخلی کشور را آماده تحریک برای اعتراض کنند که الحق و الانصاف ملت ایران ملت هوشیاری است.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه همدلی ملت ایران احساسی نبوده و ناشی از شناخت اهمیت ایران و میزان خباثت آمریکا و اسرائیل است اظهار داشت: من از شدت خشم رسانه‌های بیگانه می‌فهمیدم که خوب می‌زنیم و تحلیل‌گران عوضی و فاقد اطلاع نسبت به حاکمیت و مردم چیز‌هایی می‌گفتند که آدم می‌فهمید اینها چقدر سوزش واقعی و عمیق پیدا کردند از شهادت فرماندهانی که آن‌ها هدف قرار گرفتند عقل و اقتدار ایران را ولی ظرف ۱۲ ساعت همه جایگزین شدند و عملیات شروع شد. عملیات هم مبتنی بر اقدامات از قبل طراحی شده شروع شد که این‌ها به لطف و حمایت مردم ایران و ایستادگی نیروی مسلح و درایت مقام معظم رهبری و کمک خدا که قبل از ۱۵ خرداد ۴۲ همراه ملت ایران هستند تا به امروز و فردای روشنی که در انتظار است.
شمخانی گفت: درود بر ملت ایران؛ اینها فکر می‌کردند با یک اقدام وضعیت داخل ایران آماده شورش است، اما ایرانیان در کل دنیا باز هم ثابت کردند وطن دوست هستند و حاکمیت را قبول دارند.
