The official Lebanese National News Agency announced the death of an employee of the Nabatieh al-Fawqa municipality while performing his duties as a result of an Israeli drone strike.

The agency reported that "while the employee, Mahmoud Atwi, was heading to the well in Horsh Ali al-Taher to supply water to homes, he was targeted on his motorcycle by a missile fired from an enemy drone, leading to his martyrdom."

وأعلنت "الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام" اللبنانية الرسمية مقتل موظف في بلدية النبطية الفوقا أثناء قيامه بعمله جراء غارة نفذتها مسيرة إسرائيلية.

وأفادت الوكالة بأنه "أثناء توجه الموظف محمود عطوي، إلى البئر الموجودة في حرش علي الطاهر، لتحويل المياه إلى المنازل، تم استهدافه على دراجته النارية بصاروخ من مسيرة معادية، ما أدى إلى استشهاده".
