The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned, on Wednesday, Israel's bombing of the Al-Razi School, affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), in the Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza. This attack constitutes a blatant defiance of international law and a continuation of Israel's systematic targeting of civilians, relief facilities, and international organizations.

Ministry Spokesperson Sufian Qudah said that Israel's continued perpetration of war crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and its targeting of UN headquarters and facilities, reflects Israel's continued disregard for the rules of international law and international humanitarian law, and for the international will to stop the war.

Qudah reiterated his call on the international community, especially the Security Council, to take immediate and effective action to put an end to Israel's ongoing violations of international law and international humanitarian law, and to halt the war crimes and genocide perpetrated by Israel against the Palestinian people, who are suffering an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe as a result of the aggression against them since October 7.

أدانت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين، الأربعاء، قصف إسرائيل مدرسة الرازي التابعة لوكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين (الأونروا) في مخيم النصيرات في غزة، في تحدٍّ صارخ للقانون الدولي، واستمرار منها في استهداف المدنيين والمنشآت الإغاثية والدولية بشكل ممنهج.

وقال الناطق الرسمي باسم الوزارة سفيان القضاة إن استمرار إسرائيل بارتكاب جرائم الحرب بحق الشعب الفلسطيني في القطاع، واستهداف مقار ومنشآت الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإغاثية يعكس استهتار إسرائيل المستمر بقواعد القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، وبالإرادة الدولية الداعية لوقف الحرب.

وجدد القضاة دعوته للمجتمع الدولي وخاصة مجلس الأمن بضرورة التحرك بشكل فوري وفاعل ووضع حد للانتهاكات الإسرائيلية المستمرة والمتواصلة للقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني، ووقف جرائم الحرب والإبادة الجماعية التي ترتكبها إسرائيل بحق الشعب الفلسطيني الذي يعاني من كارثة إنسانية غير مسبوقة جراء العدوان عليه منذ السابع من تشرين الأول الماضي.
