Najmeh and Muslim lived in Habibabad, Isfahan. The sound of war in this area had frightened them. The proximity of military areas and the airport frightened Najmeh, who was nine months pregnant with her child. This caused them to pack their belongings and go to the Chadegan area (near Isfahan) to avoid the danger and noise of missiles and air defenses. They set off on Sunday morning, and on Tuesday night, on their way back home, Najmeh and Mohsen were martyred along with their daughter during a missile attack. Najmeh lived only 29 years.

The Etemad newspaper wrote in a report by its reporter "Marjan Zahrani": Najmeh was the mother of a nine-month-old fetus, waiting for a new life. She did not hold her baby in her arms and died. Now, instead of being happy after the birth of her child in the hospital, her own body, with the child who was never born, her husband, and a family of four with them, were escorted from the forensic medicine to the Golestan Shahdayi in Isfahan, and life ended. 

Mahlin; Like the Moon

If Najmeh had not been killed in the war, she would have been hugging her daughter Mahlin in mid-July. But the war did not spare her. Najmeh, who they called Zahra, was due in 2 weeks. Her mother says I could not pronounce my granddaughter's name correctly. That is why Mahlin's name was not born, it was written incorrectly on their death certificate. Zahra told her mother that when she was born, you would call her so many times that you would learn. But the war did not give Najmeh time to hug her daughter, nor did her mother to call her granddaughter so that she would finally learn her name. Mahlin lived less than 36 weeks.

Najmeh Karimi had a tailoring diploma and was a housewife, Muslim Taati was a municipal worker. They had been married for about 10 years. The simple life of a worker was to be made more beautiful by Mahlin. Out of excitement for Mahlin’s birth and fear of war, he held his family’s hand and set off on a journey around Isfahan so that his pregnant wife and their child would be less in danger. On Tuesday afternoon, on their way back to Isfahan, following a missile attack, they were killed along with Najmeh and Mahlin. Mohsen never had the chance to call his daughter, Mahlin, who was in her thirties.

A friendly death

Najmeh and Muslim had other companions. The Sharifi family, neighbors and family friends, became their traveling companions. The Sharifi family, along with their two teenage children, Fatemeh and Mojtaba, were martyred along with Najmeh and Muslim at 4 pm on Tuesday, and the lives of seven dear lives were taken at the peak of their youth. Najmeh was supposed to go home after giving birth to take care of her and her baby. Najmeh’s bed was in the corner of the house, and the Sharifi family was ready and willing for Najmeh to go from the hospital to their friends’ house instead of to her sick mother’s house. The war gave no respite to either of them.

Zahra was the youngest daughter of the family. The girl who took care of her elderly and sick parents, the mother and father who had seen their son’s scars 15 years ago; scars that, when Najmeh’s mother mentions, seem to have not yet cooled, which is why the morning after their deaths, when they visit Najmeh’s mother’s house from the municipality, they do not tell their mother about their martyrdom. Najmeh’s siblings are the first to find out, and then their parents. In the middle of the funeral, the mother tells her young daughter that Najmeh was not just her daughter, she was her nurse. A kind nurse to her sick parents. Najmeh’s sister will also find out the next morning. Narges says: “Zahra was a listener to everyone. Anyone who was in pain would go to Zahra. For us who lost our brother, losing my sister is a huge pain that we still haven’t understood.”
Their bodies were all buried on Friday after prayers. Narges, Najmeh’s sister, says they don’t know exactly what happened. They learned about the incident the next morning through people who introduced themselves as people from the municipality, Moslem’s workplace. Moslem’s family also learned about their deaths the night they were killed. Najmeh’s brother took the bodies from the forensic medicine department, and nothing was left of the car that had seven young passengers. The family doesn’t know much about the details of what happened to their loved ones. They don’t know exactly how or why they lost their loved ones. A question that no one has answered – at least as of the time of writing this interview. They held the funeral ceremony with the help of some organizations, and the life path of Najmeh and Muslim, who had not yet understood anything about youth, ended in the Martyrs' Cemetery of Isfahan. نجمه و مسلم در حبيب‌آباد اصفهان زندگي مي‌كردند. صداي جنگ در اين منطقه عاصي‌شان كرده ‌بود. نزديكي مناطق نظامي و فرودگاه به دل نجمه كه فرزندش‌ را ۹ ماهه باردار بود، ترس انداخت. همين هم‌ باعث شد وسايلشان را جمع كنند و براي دوري از خطر و سر و‌ صداي موشك و پدافند به منطقه چادگان (نزديك اصفهان) بروند. يكشنبه صبح راهي مي‌شوند و سه‌شنبه شب در راه بازگشت به خانه‌شان و در جريان حملات موشكي، نجمه و محسن، همراه دخترشان شهید  مي‌شوند. نجمه تنها ۲۹ سال زندگي كرد. 

روزنامه اعتماد در گزارشی به قلم خبرنگار خود " مرجان زهراني" نوشت: نجمه مادر يك جنين ۹ ماهه بود، منتظر يك ‌زندگي جديد. نوزادش را در آغوش نكشيد و مُرد. حالا به جاي شادي بعد از به دنيا آمدن فرزندش در بيمارستان، پيكر خودش با فرزندي كه هرگز ‌زاده نشد، همسرش و يك خانواده ۴ نفره همراهشان، از پزشكي قانوني تا گلستان شهداي اصفهان بدرقه شدند و زندگي تمام شد. 

ماهلين؛ مثل ماه

اگر نجمه در جنگ كشته نمي‌شد، ميانه تير، دخترش ماهلين را در آغوش مي‌كشيد. اما جنگ امانش نداد. ۲ هفته ديگر وقت زايمان نجمه كه زهرا صدايش مي‌كردند، بود. مادرش مي‌گويد من نمي‌توانستم اسم نوه‌ام را درست تلفظ كنم. به همين خاطر هم نام ماهلين به دنيا نيامده، روي اعلاميه مرگشان اشتباه نوشته شده است. زهرا به مادرش مي‌گفت به دنيا كه بيايد، آنقدر صدايش مي‌كني كه ياد مي‌گيري. اما جنگ مهلت نداد؛ نه به نجمه كه دخترش را در آغوش بگيرد و نه به مادرش كه نوه دختريش را صدا كند تا نامش را بالاخره ياد بگيرد. ماهلين كمتر از ۳۶ هفته زندگي كرد.

  نجمه كريمي ديپلم خياطي داشت و خانه‌دار بود، مسلم طاعتي هم كارگر شهرداري. حدود ۱۰ سالي از ازدواجشان مي‌گذشت. زندگي ساده كارگري كه قرار بود ماهلين زيباترش كند. او از شوق به دنيا آمدن ماهلين و ترس جنگ، دست خانواده‌اش را گرفت و راهي اطراف اصفهان شد تا شايد همسر باردارش و فرزندشان كمتر در خطر باشند. سه‌شنبه بعدازظهر در مسير بازگشت به اصفهان و در پي حملات موشكي همراه با نجمه و ماهلين كشته شدند. محسن هرگز فرصت پيدا نكرد كه در سي و چند سالگي دخترش را صدا كند؛ ماهلين. 

يك مرگ دوستانه 

نجمه و‌ مسلم، همراهان ديگري هم داشتند. خانواده شريفي؛ همسايه و از دوستان خانوادگي آنها همسفرشان شدند. خانواده شريفي با دو فرزند نوجوانشان، فاطمه و مجتبي همراه نجمه و مسلم ساعت ۴ بعدازظهر روز سه‌شنبه شهید  و زندگي از ۷ جان عزيز در اوج جواني گرفته شد. قرار بود نجمه بعد از زايمان به خانه‌شان برود تا از او و نوزادش مراقبت كنند. تخت نجمه گوشه خانه، خانواده شريفي هم آماده و حاضر بود تا نجمه از بيمارستان به جاي خانه مادر بيمارش، راهي خانه دوستانشان شود. جنگ به هيچ كدام مهلت نداد.

زهرا دختر كوچك خانواده بود. دختري كه از پدر و مادر كهنسال و بيمارش مراقبت مي‌كرد، مادر و پدري كه ۱۵ سال پيش داغ پسرشان را ديده بودند؛ داغي كه وقتي مادر نجمه از آن ياد مي‌كند گويا هنوز سرد نشده است، به همين خاطر هم صبح فرداي كشته شدنشان وقتي از شهرداري به خانه مادري نجمه مراجعه مي‌كنند، خبر شهادتشان را به مادر نمي‌گويند. خواهر و برادر نجمه اول خبردار مي‌شوند و بعد پدر و مادرشان. مادر در ميانه مويه براي دختر جوانش مي‌گويد كه نجمه فقط دخترم نبود، پرستارم بود. پرستار مهربان پدر و مادر بيمارش. خواهر نجمه هم صبح فردا خبردار مي‌شود. نرگس مي‌گويد: «زهرا براي همه گوش شنوا بود. هر كس درددلي داشت سراغ زهرا مي‌رفت. براي ما كه برادرمان را از دست داديم، از دست دادن خواهرم داغ خيلي بزرگي است كه هنوز دركش نكرده‌ايم.»
جمعه بعد از نماز پيكر همه آنها به خاك سپرده شد. نرگس خواهر نجمه مي‌گويد آنها دقيق نمي‌دانند چه اتفاقي افتاده است. آنها صبح فرداي اين اتفاق از طريق عده‌اي كه خودشان را از شهرداري يعني محل كار مسلم معرفي كردند، خبردار شده‌اند. شب كشته شدنشان هم خانواده مسلم خبر‌دار مي‌شوند. برادر نجمه پيكرها را از پزشكي قانوني تحويل گرفته، چيزي از خودرويي كه ۷ سرنشين جوان داشته، باقي نمانده. خانواده چيز چنداني از جزييات اتفاقي كه براي عزيزانشان رخ داده، نمي‌دانند. نمي‌دانند دقيقا چطور و چرا عزيزانشان را از دست داده‌اند. پرسشي كه هيچ‌كس - دست‌كم تا لحظه نوشتن اين مصاحبه- به آن پاسخ نداده است. آنها با همراهي نيروهاي برخي نهادها مراسم كفن و دفن را برگزار كردند و مسير زندگي نجمه و مسلم كه هنوز چيزي از جواني نفهميده‌ بودند، به گلزار شهداي اصفهان ختم شده است. پربیننده ترین پست همین یک ساعت اخیر
