Palestinian journalist Hassan Hamad killed in Israeli shelling of his home
Palestinian media reported the death of journalist Hassan Hamad in an Israeli shelling of his home in the Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip.
Hamad's death adds to the mounting death toll from the Israeli aggression. The Palestinian government office had previously announced that the number of journalists killed had risen to more than 174.
Areas in the northern Gaza Strip, including schools and mosques housing displaced persons, were subjected to heavy airstrikes by Israeli aircraft, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries.

أعلنت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية، استشهاد الصحفي حسن حمد إثر قصفٍ إسرائيليٍ استهدف منزله في مخيم جباليا شمال قطاع غزة.
ويُضاف استشهاد حمد إلى حصيلة ضحايا العدوان الإسرائيلي المتصاعدة، حيث أعلن المكتب الحكومي الفلسطيني في وقت سابق عن ارتفاع عدد شهداء الصحفيين إلى أكثر من 174 شهيداً.
وتعرضت مناطق في شمال قطاع غزة بما في ذلك المدارس والمساجد التي تؤوي النازحين لضربات جوية عنيفة من قبل الطيران الصهيوني مما أدى إلى سقوط عشرات الشهداء والجرحى.
