This Friday morning, this oppressive occupation committed yet another massacre against my family. This follows three massacres since the start of the war, and today is the fourth. Each time, this occupation claims, "We have targeted resistance forces," while women and children are being slaughtered. Twenty martyrs, or rather, shining moons, have fallen, and the number is rising, the majority of them women and children, for those who claim to be targeting the resistance.

Today, the home of my late uncle, Mustafa Abu Awaimer, was bombed, and his beloved wife, my dear aunt, Shifa Abu Awaimer (Um Amr), was killed. She was always cheerful and close to my heart. The last time I saw her was three days ago, and we agreed she would visit us in exchange for a bottle of cold water, as if it were a precious drink shared by loved ones. This is now the talk of wounded Gaza, caught in a war and heat more intense than each other. And my beloved cousin, the eloquent and remarkably calm (#Saja_Abu_Awaimer), ascends to heaven.

We met often during the war, especially during our displacement to Nuseirat. My aunt, Umm Amr, never hesitated to visit us and check on us. By God's will, you are among the accepted martyrs, for you instilled in your children the love of jihad and preceded them on the path. You have truly triumphed, my dear.

May God heal the wounded in my family and ease their pain. And please pray for my beloved Nour for a speedy recovery from her injuries, and that God relieves her of the pain of losing her mother and sister while she suffers without them by her side. #Our_Martyrs_Are_Moons_Not_Numbers

البشوشة القريبة لقلبي من كان آخر لقاء بيني وبينها قبل ٣أيام واتفقنا تزورنا مقابل زجاجة ماء باردة وكأنها مشروب فاخر يتعازم عليه الأحبة هذا الآن صار حديث غزة المكلومة في حرب وحر أشد من بعضهما .

اجتمعنا كثيراً في الحرب خاصة في نزوحنا في النصيرات لم تتوانى خالتو أم عمرو لحظة في زيارتنا والاطمئنان علينا والله إنكِ بإذن المولى من الشهداء المقبولين فقد زرعتِ في أبناءك حُب الجهاد وسبقتيهم الطريق فُزتِ والله ياحبيبة
وشفى الله جرحى عائلتي وخفف آلامهم ودعواتكم لحبيبتي نور بالشفاء العاجل من إصابتها وأن يرفع الله عنها ألم فقد الأم والأخت وهي تتألم وليسوا حولها
