Palestinian doctor Alaa Al-Najjar gave birth to ten children in 12 years of marriage. She and her husband, internal medicine doctor Hamdi Al-Najjar, opened a medical clinic to provide medical services in the Qizan Al-Najjar area. They named it Al-Yahya Medical Complex, after their eldest child. The internal departments are named after their children; the pharmacy is named Eve and the analysis laboratory is named Jubran. Yesterday, she lost them all when her home was bombed east of Khan Younis while she was working at Nasser Hospital. Only her husband and one child survived and are still in intensive care.
