Rami Al-Aqraa, a fisherman from Deir al-Balah, was shot three times by an Israeli boat while trying to catch his livelihood from the sea in Deir al-Balah to support his family. This left him bedridden, unable to move, and he travels from his home to the hospital on a horse-drawn carriage in search of a treatment that will relieve his pain and restore his life.
