Evening Bulletin
Mission carried out by the General Directorate of Civil Defense personnel at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities from 8:00 AM on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, until [time missing]:

Chouf District:

- Following an Israeli airstrike targeting the town of Wardaniyeh in the Iqlim al-Kharroub region, which caused significant loss of life among residents of Block A, a three-story building belonging to the Dar al-Salam Association, specialized search and rescue teams from the General Directorate of Civil Defense are continuing their comprehensive field surveys to search for the missing. As of [time missing], the Civil Defense operations have recovered the bodies of six martyrs from under the rubble, and 18 injured individuals were transported to hospitals by other parties. The search continues among the rubble to determine if there are any more missing persons.

[Time missing] Beirut's Southern Suburbs:

- A fire in residential apartments and a jewelry store in the Roueiss neighborhood was extinguished.

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey were conducted near the Al-Walaa Bakery to locate the body of a martyr.

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey continued near Aghadir in the Koukoudi neighborhood on Airport Road. These operations have resulted so far in:

- The body of a martyr was recovered and transported to Beirut Governmental Hospital.

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey continued in the Abboud Building in the Burj al-Barajneh neighborhood. These operations resulted in:

- The body of a martyr was recovered from the Abboud Building and transported to the Noueiri Complex in Beirut.

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey continued in the Five Wings neighborhood at the Al-Sadiq Complex. Baalbek Governorate:

Firefighting:

South Lebanon Governorate:

Search and Rescue:
- Search and rescue operations were conducted in the town of Zibqin with the support of the Lebanese Army, resulting in the recovery of the bodies of four martyrs, which were then handed over to other emergency services.

Firefighting:
- A fire in a two-story house in the town of Jouya, caused by an airstrike, was extinguished.
- A house fire in Wadi Jilo was extinguished, and three injured people were transported by other emergency services.

Public Services: Water was provided to shelters for displaced persons in several Lebanese regions.

مهمات عناصر المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني في وزارة الداخلية والبلديات المنفذة منذ الساعة ٨،٠٠ من صباح اليوم الأربعاء الواقع في ٩-١٠-٢٠٢٤ ولغايةالساعة:
قضاء الشوف :
- على اثر غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت بلدة الوردانية - إقليم الخروب واحدثت أضرار جسيمة في الأرواح بين صفوف القاطنين في البلوك A المؤلف من ٣ طبقات من مبنى جمعية "دار السلام"، لا زالت فرق البحث والإنقاذ المتخصصة لدى المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني تواصل العمل على تنفيذ عمليات المسح الميداني الشامل بحثا عن المفقودين. وفي حصيلة عمليات الدفاع المدني المنفذة حتى الساعة تم انتشال جثامين ٦ شهداء من تحت الانقاض وسحب ١٨ جريحاً نقلوا بواسطة جهات أخرى الى المستشفيات. ولا زال البحث جارياً بين الانقاض للتحقق من فرضية وجود المزيد من المفقودين.
ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية:
- إخماد حريق شقق سكنية ومحل لبيع المجوهرات في محلة الرويس
- تنفيذ عمليات البحث والإنقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل قرب فرن الولاء للعثور على جثمان شهيد
- استمرار عمليات البحث والانقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل قرب أغادير في محلة الكوكودي- طريق المطار. وقد أسفرت حتى الساعة عن:
-سحب جثمان شهيد ونقله الى مستشفى بيروت الحكومي.
- استمرار عمليات البحث والانقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل في بناية عبود - محلة برج البراجنة وقد أسفرت عن :
-انتشال جثمان شهيد من بناية عبود وقد تم نقله الى مجمع نويري في بيروت.
- استمرار عمليات البحث والانقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل في محلة الأجنحة الخمسة- مجمع الصادق.
محافظة بعلبك:
إطفاء:
- كاراجات(عدد١)

محافظة لبنان الجنوبي :
بحث وإنقاذ:
- تنفيذ عمليات بحث وانقاذ في بلدة زبقين بمؤازرة الجيش اللبناني والتي أسفرت عن انتشال جثامين اربعة شهداء وتسليمهم الى هيئات اسعافية أخرى.
إطفاء:
- إخماد حريق منزل مؤلف من طابقين في بلدة جويا جراء غارة
- إخماد حريق منزل في وادي جيلو وتم نقل ثلاثة مصابين من قبل هيئات اسعافية أخرى.
خدمات عامة : تأمين المياه الى مراكز إيواء النازحين في العديد من المناطق اللبنانية.
