Condolences on the martyrdom of Judge Hisham Abdel Latif in the Gaza Strip
With faith in God's will and destiny, and with hearts filled with faith, and with deep sorrow and grief, the President of the Supreme Court/Court of Cassation, President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Counselor Mohamed Abdel Ghani Awiwi, the members of the Council, the honorable counselors of the Supreme Court, the honorable judges of the regular courts, and the employees of the judiciary mourn Judge Hisham Abdel Latif, who was martyred along with his family members as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. May God have mercy on them, admit them into His spacious gardens, and inspire their families with patience and solace.
To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

إيمانا بقضاء الله وقدره، وبقلوب مؤمنة، وبمزيد من مشاعر الحزن والأسى، ينعى رئيس المحكمة العليا/محكمة النقض، رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى المستشار محمد عبد الغني عويوي، وأعضاء المجلس، والسادة المستشارون أعضاء المحكمة العليا، والسادة قضاة المحاكم النظامية، والعاملون في السلطة القضائية، القاضي هشام عبد اللطيف الذي استشهد هو وافراد عائلته نتيجة العدوان الاسرائيلي على قطاع غزة. رحمهم الله، وأدخلهم فسيح جناته، وألهم ذويهم الصبر والسلوان.
