Heavy casualties in Saada detention center bombing (April 29, 2025) Sana'a - Yemen Red Crescent/ Early yesterday morning, a detention center in Saada was bombed, resulting in dozens of casualties, including many migrants. The Yemen Red Crescent, with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross, evacuated the wounded to hospitals and recovered the bodies of the deceased. The Yemen Red Crescent calls on all parties to respect and protect civilians, including those in detention, and to protect civilians, as well as paramedics, medical personnel, emergency response teams, and civilian infrastructure, in accordance with international humanitarian law. The Yemen Red Crescent affirms its commitment to humanitarian principles and will continue to carry out life-saving activities with the support of its partners in the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

خسائر جسيمة في الأرواح جراء قصف مركز احتجاز في صعدة(29 أبريل 2025)صنعاء - الهلال الأحمر اليمني/ في ساعة مبكرة من صباح يوم أمس، تعرض مركز احتجاز في صعدة، لقصف، مما أسفر عن سقوط عشرات الضحايا، بينهم العديد من المهاجرين. قام الهلال الأحمر اليمني، وبدعم من اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، بإجلاء الجرحى إلى المستشفيات وانتشال جثث المتوفين.يدعو الهلال الأحمر اليمني جميع الأطراف إلى احترام وحماية المدنيين، بمن فيهم الأشخاص المحتجزين، وحماية المدنيين، كذلك المسعفين والطواق الطبية وفرق الاستجابة للطوارئ والبنية التحتية المدنية، وفقًا للقانون الإنساني الدولي.ويؤكد الهلال الأحمر اليمني التزامه بالمبادئ الإنسانية، وسيواصل القيام بأنشطة إنقاذ الأرواح بدعم من شركائها في الحركة الدولية للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر.
