This is Haitham Bassam Abu Issa.
I am writing his name to you, even though everyone in Deir al-Balah and Gaza knows him. Haitham is the owner of the beautiful, generous, giving, chivalrous soul, who memorized and taught the Book of God Almighty, and is a pioneer in charitable work. He has left his mark in all areas of goodness.
He left a positive impact on everyone who knew him.
Haitham is my second brother, whom my mother did not give birth to. Haitham is my support in times of adversity. He is my steadfast shoulder that never changes or wavers. Haitham is the dam and support.
25 years of our lives, my love, we spent together, from our early childhood until this fateful day when you went to meet your Lord, laughing, cheerful, and fasting.
25 years, we ate from the same plate, drank the same juice, shared the same biscuits, and wore the same clothes.
I lived with you the most beautiful moments of my life, and you were with me in the worst of circumstances.
No words can do you justice, and I am not as good at mourning as you mourned my beloved Ahmed.
You broke my back, my beloved.
We will meet in Paradise, God willing, and then we will complete all our conversations. My heart is incomplete and satisfied by seeing you, my beloved ones

25عامٱ اكلنا من نفس الصحن شربنا نفس العصير وتقاسمنا البسكويت لبسنا نفس الملابس
