Mukhtar Saif Al-Din Abu Ramadan, head of the Palestinian Mukhtars Association, led a delegation of mukhtars and community leaders in offering condolences to the esteemed Al-Mamlouk family, particularly to Mr. Hassan Al-Mamlouk (Abu Ali), on the martyrdom of his son,
