Following the directives of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and as a continuation of the heroic operation carried out by the Iraqi National Intelligence Service in cooperation with the International Coalition forces in the Anbar desert on August 29, 2024, and after the great efforts exerted by our heroic forces from the Joint Operations Command, the Iraqi Army, and the Counter-Terrorism Service, and the field supervision of the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations over the raids on the targeted hideouts, the collection of the bodies of the dead, the criminal evidence, communications devices, and computers, and the completion of the investigation procedures, and after the DNA results were received, it was confirmed that most of the dead were first-tier leaders of ISIS gangs. The terrorist group, in which the following were killed:

1. Terrorist Ahmed Hamed Hussein Abdul Jalil Zwein, known as Abu Sadiq and Abu Muslim – Deputy Governor of Iraq.

2. Terrorist Omar bin Suwaih bin Salem Qara, known as Abu Ali al-Tunisi – Head of Manufacturing, Development, and the Chemical Weapons Department.

3. Terrorist Saad Muhammad Nasser, known as Abu Hamam – Governor of Anbar.

4. Terrorist Muammar Mahdi Khalaf Hussein, known as Abu Abd Janoub or Abu Abdul Rahman – Governor of the South.

5. Terrorist Ali Rabah Raja, known as Waqas – Special Communications Officer for the terrorist Abu Muslim, and Head of the Economic and Financial Department in Anbar Province.

6. Terrorist Shaker Aboud Harat, known as Shaker al-Najdi – Military Commander of Anbar Province.

This operation confirms the high level of professionalism of the intelligence service and its ability to penetrate ISIS's senior leadership. It also confirms that disappointment and defeat are the defining characteristics of Iraq's enemies, at all times and in all places.

We pledge to our noble people that the intelligence service will remain a shield for the nation and an impregnable fortress against all who attempt to tamper with its security and stability. May God protect Iraq from all harm and support the Iraqis with His victory and guidance. He is the All-Hearing, the Responsive.

بتوجيهات السيد رئيس الوزراء القائد العام للقوات المسلحة واستكمالاً للعملية البطولية التي نفذها جهاز المخابرات الوطني العراقي بالتعاون مع قوات التحالف الدولي في صحراء الانبار بتاريخ ٢٩ آب ٢٠٢٤، وبعد الجهود الكبيرة التي بذلتها قواتنا البطلة من قيادة العمليات المشتركة والجيش العراقي وجهاز مكافحة الارهاب، والاشراف الميداني للسيد نائب قائد العمليات المشتركة على عمليات مداهمة المضافات المستهدفة وجمع جثث القتلى والمبرزات الجرمية وأجهزة الاتصالات والحواسيب واستكمال اجراءات التحقيق، وبعد ظهور نتائج الحمض النووي (DNA) تأكد أن معظم القتلى هم من قادة الصف الاول لعصابات داعش الارهابية، حيث تم قتل كل من:
١. الارهابي احمد حامد حسين عبد الجليل زوين، المكنى (ابو صديق) و (ابو مسلم) - نائب والي العراق.
٢. الارهابي عمر بن سويح بن سالم قارة، المكنى (ابو علي التونسي) - ‎امير التصنيع والتطوير والملف الكيميائي.
٣. الارهابي سعد محمد ناصر، المكنى (ابو همام) - والي الانبار.
٤. الارهابي معمر مهدي خلف حسين، المكنى (ابو عبد جنوب) او (ابو عبد الرحمن) - والي الجنوب.
٥. الارهابي علي رباح رجا، المسمى (وقاص) - مسؤول التواصل الخاص للارهابي (أبو مسلم)، ومسؤول ملف الاقتصاد والاموال في ولاية الانبار.
٦. الارهابي شاكر عبود هراط، المسمى (شاكر النجدي) - الامير العسكري لولاية الانبار.
تؤكد هذه العملية مستوى الاحترافية لدى جهاز المخابرات وقدرته على اختراق القيادات العليا لداعش، وتؤكد أيضاً أن الخيبة والهزيمة هي العنوان الابرز لاعداء العراق في كل زمان ومكان ..
نعاهد أبناء شعبنا الكريم على أن يبقى جهاز المخابرات درعاً للوطن وحصناً منيعاً ضد كل من يحاول العبث بأمنه واستقراره ..
