بعد العملية النوعية التي جاءت بمعلومات دقيقة من رجال مديرية الاستخبارات العسكرية بالتنسيق مع خلية الاستهداف التابعة لقيادة العمليات المشتركة، والتي ترجمها صقور الجو الأبطال الى ضربات موجعة استهدفت عصابات داعش الإرهابية واوكارهم ضمن وادي الشاي، باشرت قطعات قيادة عمليات كركوك البطلة مع عناصر مديرية الاستخبارات العسكرية بتفتيش مكان الضربات الجوية،وعثرت على( اشلاء لثلاث جثث لعناصر إرهابية وعبوات واحزمة ناسفة ، وعدد من المضافات لداعش تحت الارض تحتوي مجموعة من الإنفاق والاوكار، ومواد متفجرة ورمانات يدوية ونواظير ليلية ونهارية وكاميرات ومولدات كهربائية مفخخة تم تدميرها تحت السيطرة، وبعض الوثائق المهمه التي تم الاستيلاء عليها بالاضافة الى مواد لوجستية ومواد غذائية) .
