My friend, brother, colleague, and leader, Samir Zaqout, Abu Anas, ascends to the highest heavens as a martyr.
I cannot find words to describe you or do you justice.
I will suffice by saying that I have said and will repeat: There are only three people in Khamas. If they were martyred, I would cry tears of blood for them. One of them was killed at the beginning of the war, and today the second is ascending. May God spare the third.
Out of my intense love for him, I used to jokingly say to him, "By God, you are a loss in Khamas."
He would smile and respond, "By God, you are a loss in Fatah."
In essence:
You are not a loss to your Lord or your country.
You have achieved what you wished for.
By God, you have hurt my heart more than it already hurts.
May God have mercy on him, the martyr Nidal al-Najjar, Abu Ayman, and the rest of the heroic martyrs.

سأكتفي بالقول أنني كنت أقولها وأكررها هنالك ثلاثة أشخاص فقط في خمااس لو استشششهدوا سأبكي عليهم دماً ،، ذهب احدهم أول الحرب واليوم يرتقي الثاني اللهم سلم الثالث ،،
من شدة محبتي به كنت أقول له ممازحاً "والله انك خسارة في خمااس"
يرد عليا مبتسماً :
"والله انت اللي خسارة في فتح"
لب القول :
انت ليس خسارة في ربك ووطنك
ونلت ما تمنيت .
والله انك أوجعت قلبي أكثر مما هو موجوع ،،
اللهم ارحمه هو والششهييد نضال النجار ابو ايمن وباقي الشههداء الابطال.
