Our hearts are broken by your passing, Areej Shahin. To God we belong and to Him we shall return. You were a wonderful, patient, and steadfast sister and friend. Despite the hardships you went through, we ask God to accept you into the highest heavens. May God have mercy on your patient and steadfast mother, Aunt Umm Ibrahim. Our consolation is that you are martyrs in the sight of God. This is what binds our hearts together.
