When a good person leaves us in a time of disappointment, myself, then myself and my entourage, we have the right to write how good Bassam Hassouna was, a kind, well-mannered, polite, pious, helpful, proactive, and patriotic person. Bassam was one of the first people who took the initiative to help me when I registered for a master's degree. He gave me course descriptions and wrote the first semester. He was an advisor. May God have mercy on him and grant him a place in His spacious heavens. You are lucky, Bassam. You are relieved from this farce that we are living in.

حين يغادرنا شخص جيد في زمن الخذلان ونفسي ثم نفسي وحاشيتي يحق لنا أن نكتب كم كان جيدا بسام حسونة شخص طيب وخلوق مهذب تقي مساعد مبادر وطني بسام من أول الأشخاص لما سجلت ماستر إلي بادرت لمساعدتي أعطاني وصف المساقات وكتب الفصل الأول وكان ناصحا رحمه الله وأسكنه فسيح جناته نيالك يا بسام ارتحت من هالمسخرة إلي عايشينها .
