With deep sorrow and grief, and hearts that believe in God's will and destiny, I offer my condolences to the family of my dear friend on the passing of my beloved brother and friend, martyr Abdullah Jameel Al-Ra'i (Abu Anas). To God we belong and to Him we shall return. O God, forgive him, have mercy on him, and grant him a place in your spacious gardens. Inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace. O God, wash him with water, snow, and hail, and purify him from sins and faults as a white garment is purified from filth. O God, replace his family with a better one and his home with a better one. He has come to You, and You are the Most Generous, the Most Generous. He has sought refuge in You, and You are the Most Kind, the Most Merciful. Honor his abode, expand his entrance, and relieve his loneliness. May God reward you greatly and comfort you. May God forgive your deceased and grant him a place in your spacious gardens, O Lord of the Worlds.
