In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. God Almighty said: And give good tidings to the patient, Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to God, and indeed to Him we will return." Those will have blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided. God Almighty is true. With hearts full of faith and souls content with God’s will and destiny, we announce to you the news of the martyrdom of my cousin, the young man (Ahmed Iyad Mohammed Al-Daour). We ask God Almighty to have mercy on his soul and forgive him, to grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace. May God give you patience, Uncle Abu Mohammed. To God we belong and to Him we shall return. We welcome our holidays with the loss of our loved ones. God is sufficient for us, and You are the best Disposer of affairs.
