My heart can no longer bear this separation. My little brother, my son Anas El-Sayed El-Aqqad, a memorizer of the Quran, a beloved of God, has ascended to Paradise, along with all his family members, except for his father.

Anas was cheerful and kind; everyone admired his good character.

His voice was like the psalms of David in reciting the Quran and singing hymns, and I never knew that this picture I took of him would be the last.

Anas, my beloved, take care of your brother Muhammad, your mother, and your siblings. God brought you together in this world, and He chose for you to depart together.

والله لم يعد قلبي يحتمل الفراق
أخي الصغير، ابني في أكاديمية القلعة أنس السيد العقاد، حافظ القرآن، حبيب الرحمن، يرتقي إلى الجنان، هو وكل أفراد عائلته، باستثناء والده.
أنس كان خفيف الظل، الجميع يتسابق معه في أخلاقه.
كان صوته مزمارًا من مزامير داود في القرآن والنشيد، ولم أكن أعلم بأن هذه الصورة التي أخذتها له، ستكون هي الأخيرة.
أنس يا حبيبي دير بالك على محمد أخوك وماما واخواتك، ربنا جمعكم في الدنيا، واختار لكم الرحيل معًا.
