Today, the occupation army assassinated Dr. Marwan Sultan, along with his wife and children. Sultan had long been a resident of the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza. He oversaw the reconstruction and re-operation of the hospital twice during the war, and shouldered the responsibility of providing medical services despite the heavy costs incurred by officials at the time. He was finally displaced from the Indonesian Hospital after being forcibly evacuated, and from his hometown of Jabalia after the enemy began destroying it. He settled in western Gaza City, where death pursued him, along with his wife and children. اغتال جيش الإحتلال اليوم الدكتور مروان السلطان رفقة زوجته وأطفاله، الرجل الذي ثبت طويلاً في مستشفى الإندونيسي شمال غزة، واكب مهمة إعادة إعماره وتشغيله مرتين خلال الحرب، وحمل لواء العمل ومسؤولية تقديم الخدمة الطبية رغم الأكلاف الكبيرة التي يدفعها المسؤولين في هذا الوقت، ونزح أخيراً من الإندونيسي بعد اخلائه قصراً، ومن مدينته جباليا بعدما شرع العدو بتدميرها، ليستقر به القدم في غرب مدينة غزة، هناك لاحقه الموت رفقة زوجته وأطفاله، قضى الرجل إلى بارئه ونحن نحسب أنه نجح في امتحان الحياة، وأدى ما عليه من واجبٍ وأمانة مخلصاً أمينا
